Every time we have new job available you receive an e-mail so you can check the new job.
I forgot my password. what can I do? You need to generate a new password this link you can use the e-mail you used during the registration. If you forgot the e-mail you used, you can create a new account using your new e-mail address.
How much can I earn? Each job has a different fee and you can have also a remburse (the remburse is defined before you do your job. you receive the money after we verify the data you sent to us;

I'm a member but I cannot enter on my account what can I do? As soon as you registerd you received an e-mail to confirm your e-mail address, in the e-mail you can find a link to click. after you click on the link your account will be activated and you can reserve the job you like.
I registered on the web site but I didn't receive the e-mail confirmation. What can I do? Check if the e-mail we sent to you is not in the spam. If the problem continues try to register using another e-mail address.
I can't log in on my account. Why? It's possible that your account it's been blocked because you reserved job and you didn't do it, or bacause you cancelled the visit after the due date, or because you filled in the job after the due time.
